The breakfast was lovely, guests were offered coffee and yoghourt. I asked for guest room and it was a nice size with balcony.

Clean, perfect hotel built in an original style. Very affordable and reasonably large unit with free WiFi, private bathroom, for example. Pretty friendly and incredibly nice stuff and altogether a comfortable experience. Amazing location very close to subway, nice breakfast. Also - close enough to the metro station.

Wonderful and incredible location, in the centre. Near to the supermarket, the Conte House and the central station and the Colosseum. Air-conditioned rooms with excellent shower, very very good stay!

The king room was functional, it included a very good air-conditioner, a lovely, small balcony, and a storage space. The management was service-oriented and very amiable, as well as the staff.

The hotel staff was quite rude.

The rooms were very clean and practical, and the location was super central! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the convenient 15-minute walk to the Colosseum was mind-blowing! Highly recommend!

I had really great experience and would stay there again. The breakfast was incredibly nice - croissants, toast, cheese, and yoghourt. It was an original building, the rooms were reasonably spacious. It was in a central location, close to termini train station.

Excellent place to stay. Fabio the owner is lovely and very helpful. Good facilities- fridge,computers,free internet,air con and close to supermarkets. Had a wonderful time staying here.

The location was absolutely amazing, being super close to the city center and the train station. Having an elevator in the building was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the guest house was mind-blowing, with our room being cleaned and provided with fresh towels every day. The fact that the property had water available for purchase was a nice touch. The bathroom shower was fantastic, and the room, although basic, was spacious and clean. The included breakfast exceeded my expectations. The proximity to a supermarket and the Colosseum within a 10-minute walk was jaw-dropping. The ease of exploring the city on foot or by using the nearby metro station was a huge plus. Plus, there were cool restaurants in the area. The only minor misunderstanding during check-out, where I mistook the receptionist's question, was quickly resolved and didn't affect the overall perfect experience.

A nice size room in private bathroom and with a lot of space. Nice breakfast, with fab coffee and yoghourt...

Everything was perfect, outstanding service, magnificent location close enough to metro and train station, and cool bars to see the way people party there and restaurants to try the local dishes.

The double room was perfect for me as a vegetarian/vegan traveler. The air conditioning made the room comfortable, and the wooden floors added a cozy touch. I loved the private balcony with a view of the inner courtyard, where I could relax and enjoy my meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some entertainment in my downtime.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the seating area in some rooms. But hey, that's just me.
